This topic is a bit backwards for me. It's all about finding time, and ways, not to exercise.
I'm insanely active. I spend several hours a day running around. I sprint up and down flights of stairs circa 100 times a day, lift/carry/push/pull stuff at full-effort level and I relax from all this by.. cycling.
This afternoon was an exception. I haven't chilled in a deep hot bath for a couple of weeks, since the weather warmed up. I was only gonna have a swift cool dip before working on a car but I ended up simmering in a boiling pot all afternoon.
It was great. And I've been strolling around at work all evening without a care in the world, feeling physically dopey. Gonna sit on my asre all night - for some good healthy relaxercise. * +
