white actors have been playing black roles for years. wasnt tom hanks the last of the Mahicans or some s**t? wasnt elizabeth taylor cleopatra? kevin cosner- jesus. nobody said it was absurd then, they just enjoy the film and the role they are playing. and these are historical figures.
