I always select allow all cookies as I always clear them, the cache and history after closing the browsers.

No doubt though, they've fingerprinted my visits.

in your browser you can set it to only accept 1st party cookies. only ever had one site b***hing about it. specifically the logout page of hotmail/outlook *
