seems daft to me that any accusation is then recorded as fact and never goes away, whereas if you go to court n get found not guilty your record is clear

flip it the other way around. how irritated would you be that a criminal with repeated accusations against them slipped thru the cracks for years because reports were not recorded.

some people would be up in arms over it. * +
