What should be done with the won't work brigade? You know the type, potheads, fake illness, and just plain bone idle any excuse not to get off their ars* and pay their own way in life preferring to be dripfed off the sweat of working people?

Put them on an island and give them a life of luxury. Then when someone needs a kidney, liver, heart or something like that, find the closet matches and start harvesting those organs. *
