Only in Britain, this kinda establishment could take place. And the BBC presents itself as a left-wing movement, pushing liberal agenda, whilst being run by rich white males sponging off the poor in the most corrupt way possible - legally enforced licencing of a service, on the basis of common household products able to receive it, as well as being able to do various other things.

It's embarrassingly flawed, and the government are locked over it because pulling the plug on the infrastructure would create thousands of job losses and lose billions in tax revenue overnight. * +

Normally they get a fine and then when they don't pay the fine they go to jail ....tough realky_ you pays your money and you take the chsnce s . or in this case you don't pay the money *
