My balding has started more on the right, so maybe that's quite normal. Balding is hereditary (though mine's held up better than my dad's, it's still going in a similar manner) so consider how it's gone for family members.

Balding is perfectly well accepted as normal for men, but many women thin out and recede, yet the subject seems in the shadows by comparison. * +
