Believe it or not but some people have developed a totally different accent after brain trauma, or after a stroke. Even when they have never been outside of their home country. It's called Foreign Accent Syndrome and affects about 100 people globally.

What about foreign culture syndrome . People who wish they were of a different nationality. Wake up one morning and invent a surname to make them appear Irish for example .
Potato head not only done this, he done it for years trying to convince and also convincing people he was Irish. Trust me , his surname couldnt be more English ! *
