I regularly leap a fence which is over 3ft high (1.2m pallet). Doesn't sound much, but you try doing it.
That's a stride whilst running. No touching it.
One day I'm gonna clip it, and land in a crumpled mess. But for now, that's my most impressive move.
I can also do 100 press-ups. But this is more to do with my weight than strength. Lifting, and the bar will be enough... * +
