no but might soon, can get it cheaper still (if already an orange customer by bartering with the phone sales team) it can be unlocked, then flashed with generic firmware to remove all the orange e. its very coo for the price, its only failing it'd seem is a small (ish battery) for a 2.1 handset about a hundred notes its bob on * +
