at one time nokia recommended your first charge to be 16 hours which was pretty important at the time. its not as crucial with other makes these days although 6 to 7 hours is good for a first charge according to HTC. you wont have damaged the battery by not doing so the answer is to do the 7 hour charge the next time your battery goes completely flat. * +

some manufacturers dont even recommend a long first charge check with the manufacturer of your phone, dont bother asking the retailer because they will only make a wild guess. * +

infact the retailer will just say the obvious: charge your phone untill the indicator registers a full charge, well any dummy knows that! * +

app killers drain your battery because it kills them all and they just all start up again. Use system panel and only kill the ones you don't use. It's worth the money *
