Funny thing the other I called my mobile operator about the same problem. I thought she was gonna shut down some applz as they ate up my credit even when I sleep. She shut down the whole internet connection, and now my galaxy y was like a nokia 3310. I could only make calls and sms lol * +

check your sync conditions, dont let apps sync as often or to only sync when you have a wifi connection and heres another tip, keep your network connection OFF until you want to use it ! * +
