ok ive tried it and most of the 3D games lag such as modern combat 3 and all the other stuff. typing a message is a headache. it is not laggy but the b*ttons dobt press right. nw i am not correcting the mistakes tha typong guves. d games lag becuz of compatability or is it a note s problem? Btw my note looks like it is branded - when i turn it on it has a some polish operator logo pop up before start up. could they have messed up the software? * +

..you've almost fully answered to your own posted question,lol..yep,if was branded,than louse flashed,your Note may show some problems..I'm highly sattisfied with mine,smoothly running almost full 32 Gb card with nearly 500 installed apkz.. * +

..concearning your Note's default typing pad dislike,there are some very nice appz out there for that use,try some and find the1 which suits you..I myself am a typing freak,like to write ect but still haven't decide which1 will prefere and use the most often,lol * +

they are offering me a free firmware reinstall replacing this branded cr*p. but could it be a hardware problem? shadowgun is laggy, mc 3 lags. lagspikes. so maybe this could also be a shty phone itself? if they agree to replace the phone is there any way to check it s specs and what should they be showing so i know the hardware is ok? damm this irresponsive phone. ill throw this brick to wall if they dont call me early. *
