I guess you are from India. there are a few moto droids with physical qwerty like Droid 4 with 1.2 GHz duel cure processor, 16Gb memory and 4' qHD display. I dont know if its available in India. then there is Samsung Captivate Glide wit 4' Super AMOLED display, and 1GHz Nvidia dual core Tegra 2 CPU. But You need to check availability. * +

There is Desire Z available but it is a 1GHz single core phone and a bit old. it might suit your budget though. Then there is sony ericsson xperia pro for 18.5K * +

Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro and Xperia Mini Pro are your best bets, both are pretty well specced, have decent battery life, decent cameras, will be getting Android4.0, and have QWERTY keyboards. * +
