is this beast released or does any1 know when it will be released in south africa? Will this phone meet the requirement of Gingerbread? My contract is due for an upgrape in january and im doing alot of research before i choose anything *

With a 1GHz CPU and 512mb RAM it should have no problem running Gingerbread, the question is whether Motorola will give it the update to Gingerbread, IMO, i think they will, they are the ones who put Android on the map, with the original Milestone. Not sure if we will get it here in SA, id say give MTN a call. *
