Search the Play Store for 'Andromedia' that's what I use and it's very good (RAM hog in use mind you) you can also add audio tracks/titles to your videos. * +

I'm PRETTY sure you can join two clips with Andromedia, think I've done it, but it'd take a while to test it, it's really hot, and I can't see my screen with the sun blazing on it, so maybe just give it a go.. * +
