You may have two icons on the home screen that point towards 'whatsapp'. This doesn't necessarily mean that two copies of whatsapp are installed. Hold your finger on one of the icons and you should see a cross, swipe your icon towards it or press it to remove (dependent on homescreen) . Most things you can do with a Galaxy s3 you can do with cheaper android phones. It may have a few extra features here and there, these would be hardware features such as a more powerful camera. So asking what you can do with a Glaxy siii narrows down your search quite a bit. Try asking what can I do with Android and what can Android do for me?. A good starting point would be clicking 'Youtube' in your apps,and type in 'android features'. * +
