Hi I have installed kies and it says new firmware available but when I click on it nothing happens, am I doing something wrong? * +

Literally nothing? How many times have you tried? Mine failed the first time, it just stopped doing anything at the first stage. Worked second time though. Took about 20mins. * +

kies is useless .when i installed it first time it showed updates available when i said yes kies itself get updated then said updates not yet availabile for your region . * +
