I have a galaxy ace plus, 3g activated, my browsing speed is blazing fast, but download speed only 15-25kbps. I called digicel but they said they are not trottling. any body with the same problem? * +

U must have settings prob am in kgn full 4g sometimes faster than my flow internet but when in the country not so fast * +

Try going to their website and look at the coverage map, I wouldn't that you are using a competing networks coverage and they are the one limiting your download. *
