Ok from last night my battery is draining like anything it was 50 at nite bt was dead in morning which never hapnd before so I checked the battery stats n it was showing this http://goo.gl/UJxsb I've never seen android os taking so much percentage before instead it was the screen.. Any help Pls... I Googled it bt jst found that it's a ICS problem as many faced it too n the only way I found was to reset the phone bt that wud wipe everything so any other way guys? * +

amazon doing more longevity than standard batteries for under a tenner i went from 15mAh to 18mAh when my battery got old and it last amazingly now for my galaxy s * +

Not at all normal, Android OS only eats that much just after booting up but then drops soon after. Check in Settings -Accounts and Sync that there isnt anything syncing unnecessarily there especially in your Google one, i know Picasa has a bad habit of this. Also check your Xperia FB app/social apps that they are not updating to frequently if they are then set them to update every 4hrs or so. Also try delete the last app you installed and also check if your phone isnt constantly backing up data * +

Sorry for replying late didn't gt time to come here.. Polo I've no sync services active all are off even Facebook n ya I already uninstalled all those apps which I installed bfore this started bt nothing in fact the android os is takin almost 92prcnt of power nw. N its eating my battery wen its in standby I guess I'll have to do a reset later. * +

what about the last apps you have installed, did you clear the data for those apps ? * +
