could an online retailer buy off all the nexus 4 in a country..since it gets sold out pretty quick.. the online retailer here sell the nexus 4 at 500usd for the 16gb... * +

Go with a ZTE U950. It's very good and also cheap. It's just over 200 USD and it has a quad core Tegra 3. Good stuff for the price. * +
