hi, I have the same phone. if you updated via HTC website, its the same process but you have to download the Gingerbread file. I'm loving the ICS though. * +

just remove-delete the superuser aplication, after downgrade, unroot is easy * +

but if you have to root, you shud be able to unroot afterwards.. it's not like you've a warranty to worry about..

warranty goes EOL as soon as you do anything on phone with ODIN... *
