My Xperia U is just 2 months old and I am having some problems right from the day I bought like dead pixels and crackling sound. I had mentioned them here too and had written an email to Sony about, to which they replied to visit a service centre. Yesterday I got the time and I visited.There I told the guy that my phone has 5 dead pixels and he didn't even consider it as a problem. Now my phone's with me. He said it'll take about 20 days. But I'm not feeling good with whole the incident. He didn't send any proof to the company and getting them replaced free of cost?? How come?? Again what that finishing s**t?? What should I do now? Trust him?? Again, I'm having too much problems like phone goes slow.. Doesn't multitask. Even when I'm playing Dead Trigger and a call comes, if I receive it, the game restarts after I finish the call. Let alone, pressing the home key an * +

Let alone, pressing the home key and checking messages, never works with games, they always restart.. Many force close issues too. Should have I asked for the phone's replacement whole? And what can be done now? Please reply fast.. * +

contact them on sony site... or creat a topic there...ul get a reply from one of sonys call center... they will help u... * +

or call the sony call center n giv them a complain about the service centere...for sure ul get a call within 2-3 days * +

I didn't like the idea of you getting this phone from the very beginning, it's not a phone for a heavy user at all. I'd say ask for a full replacement, one thing I have learnt, once those technicians have opened your phone up it is NEVER the same again. * +

What can I complain? He agreed to replace the display and speaker. But I'm afraid he'll ruin my phone, especially since what he told me at first. I'll create a topic there anyway. * +
