most probably they will do that...they are promoting Ubuntu touch as to being able to be docked on a PC and use the phone as the cpu(cpu? sounds awkward)..basically giving the phone access to larger display and mouse keyboard..turning into full desktop * +

I hope so, they are making their own display server mir which will probably be a part of both desktop and mobile, http://is.gd/mtKRrw , im not impressed though looks horrible, dont know why they want to built their own instead of supporting the wayland project. *
