iv no idea how im gonna explain this but here goes. a friend of mine got a second hand s3 off of someone a couple days ago. the issue with this is the ui of his s3 is completely different from mine or any other s3. when booting up theres this tall white android running. and after that it asks me to choose whether to boot with nova launcher or apex launcher. the home screen the menus icons even the pull down notification tray is different. I tried to remove those launchers through app manager in * +

settings but theres no uninstall option. just the force stop and disable options. even then the disable option is greyd out and unclickable. I tried resetting the phone by formatting with the menu u get when booting with volume up and home keys pressed but even after that its the same. any way to restore the touchwiz ui to its original state? * +

..I agree what all said,custom rom's been flashed on that phone,simple re-flash it with 4.1.2 stock,et voila!..
