normally this is under settings/developer options on Samsung's.. but on the s4 I9505XXUAMDM firmware variant it's just not there. every single root method for this firmware uses ADB which needs USB debugging activated, so where the fk is it ?? * +

ah just found it... it's a hidden menu option now.. for anyone else who doesn't have it showing, go to settings/about phone, scroll down to build number and tap there 7 times in a row.. as if by magic when you exit you'll have developer options back again..

while I'm on the subject of secrets go to settings/about phone and tap on where it says Android version a few times. once a picture has popped up, swipe side to side across the screed very fast
