Hi, my phone is running really slow sometimes and rebooting itself, I'm due a upgrade but I don't like anything at the moment, so I want to reset my phone to see if it helps at all, how do I keep all my phone numbers? I'm not really concerned about backing up my apps, I have HTC sensation its not rooted, many thanks for any help * +

..sometimes the simpliest solution may be rather ,lol..simply sync your contacts with your googlle account (backup there),then simply reset your phone to it's default values (via default phone's settings),then simply format memory card, also via default phone's settings..later sync back the contacts,et voila!.. * +

you can also store your phone numbers on your simcard instead of your phone, and if they are already on your simcard, don't worry they won't get deleted, they'll only get deleted if they are stored on your phones internal memory. * +

so just transfer them to ya simcard then do a factory reset, then after just import ya phone numbers back to ya contacts app * +

Google backs up your contacts anyway making it no bother * +

it will pay you better to backup your phone contact.vcf to memory card then send it via Bluetooth to another phone as copy * +
