Android 4.2.2 keeps delivering it's surprises.. directory bind and script manager do not work on it for moving folders to the external SD, but xda member madmack has created folder mount. it's simple to use although the free version only allows 3 bind pairings.. 1.40 gets you the premium version. free download and details here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2192122 *
