He says in October they will announce the update to Android 4.4 not that they will release it in Oct. In October the GS4, Note 2 and GS3 will be getting Android4.3 along with the Galaxy Mega range. The person who wrote that blog doesn't seem to even have a source, they seem to be inventing claims so as to get more views on his blog. *
