I've seen ereaders that roll up like a scroll (with BnW screens), which I thought was kinda cool. but seriously, I can't see the point of this advent at all. do you know anyone who's ever said 'gosh if only this screen could bend, I'd be so happy'... no, me neither. * +

The point of flexible screens is strength as far as I know WRT how the screen deals with a fall, they will also come in handy for wearable devices e.g. Smart**tches. * +

It's getting beyond a joke when you can't say smart watch as one word - the censorship script is starting to really bug me; can't we just rely on moderators to delete deliberately sweary/abusive posts? I tried to post an image yesterday and it wouldn't come out whatever I did - eventually I realised that the last letters of the URL were l, s and d.. We're all grown-ups here surely (aren't you supposed to be to sign up?). Genuine abuse should be clamped down on, hard, but I'd like to be able to discuss Charles D i c k e n s without looking over my shoulder. * +
