They've been asking if I'd like to change my YouTube account to my real name for over a year now.. The screen makes it nearly impossible to do anything if you refuse.. then once you do refuse, it says ok we're just gonna keep asking you until you give us the answer we want.. it's possible you faced this and hit the wrong button.. Google are c**ts tho
