Yeah equaliser pro looked at some others and people are saying those apps dont work on S4 4.3 but did on 4.2 fw * +

best to do is keeping checking back on Play, or if you really like it ask the developer to update to a version that's compatible with 4.3 * +

do it thru the review, some devs really hate the slightest negative attention. I've twice been asked to email details on to them and even been given pre release versions to test out.. * +
