tesco direct in the uk are now selling the new motorola smartphone at just 129 english pounds sterling for the 16gb version! the 8gb version comes in at 99.00 pounds. its cheaper than rivals phones 4u, carphone warehouse and 02 who plan to sell it anytime now. * +

just to recap on the specs: 4.5 inch hd display, 1gb ram, 1.2ghz qualcom quad core processor, 8/16gb storage, 2g/3.5g, wi-fi, 5 mega pixel cam with hd video recording, front facing camera, fm radio, full gps with glonass support, 50gb free google drive storage, android 4.3 with 4.4 kitkat update pending. what a steal for the price, every little really does help? however if you buy it from tesco its locked to tesco mobile as far as I know, which operates on the 02 network. but the word is they are selling like hot cakes, so if you want one you better move quick because moto cant make enough! * +

my only concern is no microSD support, but for the price I can live with that... great phone

you really need the 16gb version pryerlee especially when all of that 8gb wont be available to the user cos of the operating system etc, however obvious that may sound. * +

yes but the problem now is being able to get one because most places have sold out, unsurprisingly. I know that dialaphone are also selling them apart from tesco, phones 4u and 02, but whether they actually have stock I have no idea. (THIS POST IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO UK RESIDENTS) * +
