did your note 3 not come with 4.3 out of the box? it should have done if your in the uk. mine did but my battery life is very good. most note 3 users are waiting for kitkat, although its not something I will be rushing into. * +

Not sure what it came with.. just know that I had a system update a couple of weeks back n ever since the battery life has been terrible.. I'd assumed it was a standard update, tho I guess it could have been Samsung messing with stuff for no reason.. either way, the update has killed my battery life * +

yeah that whats I understood polo. It was probably a minor update, wouldnt have thought kitkat would be available for the note 3 yet *
