Not at all worth upgrading, we are just 2months away from MWC, rather wait until next year, the Xperia Z still holds its own next to other flagships. * +

the LG is more powerful than the S4 and a recent review claimed it does everything a bit better than the S4, but you wont get the same support that you will get with samsung. You maybe better off waiting till next year when android phones start to go 64 bit, the first of which will be the galaxy S5 * +

according to many tech authorities samsung will be launching the S5 earlier than originally planned. They claim we will see it early next year so if it is that close I Wouldnt get the S4 now. The S5 is said to have a metal body and a 64 bit processor and either 3 or 4gb of ram. It will trounce both the present S4 and LG G2 * +

although worringly many tech sites are claiming the S5 will be unibody, meaning the battery wont be user replaceable. But that is yet to be confirmed. * +

I can tell you now they are wrong about the S5 launching earlier, it only goes into production in late January/early February as both the 64bit Exynos 6 and the Snapdragon 805 are going into production between now and early Jan, then the announcement should come around late Feb with a realease in late March/early April. It may just come a few weeks earlier than the S4 thanks to faster production lines and faster shipping etc... But it's still in the same month as the S4 release. * +

also read that there'll be 2 variants again, one spotting an aerial in the subframe * +

it may vary from country to country, my advice only applies to the uk where we normally see a high end galaxy phone launched every may, but your claim of a march stroke april launch seems to confirm it will be arriving earlier than expected * +
