Can't really say much, it looks like an updated version of TouchWiz and Android, so if in a year or 2 they put that in a super specced phone, I'd say Google may have a lot to worry about. I'm excited about this and Ubuntu Touch, 2014 is going to be like 2008/09, whole new OSs on the way *
