online sources claim a phone with a 64 bit processor following the iphone 5S, 3 or 4gb of ram, 16 mega pixel cam, retina scan security system and a metal unibody. But the technology site tech radar have totally knocked this theory on the head by claiming the S5 wont be 64 bit at all, instead featuring the qualcom snapdragon 800 chip as seen in the present note 3, and 3gb of ram. They also went on to say the S5 will use the same display as the S4. * +

personally I find this a bit hard to sw*llow, but if its true it certainly questions the idea that 64 bit in smartphones will ever catch on. The snapdragon 800 will also feature in the HTC ONE TWO next year. * +

yeah its a bit of a daft model number isnt it lol. Tech radar do hint to the possibility that the source maybe referring to an entirely different samsung smartphone though, so it sounds as though they are not 100 percent sure on this S5 business * +

it certainly makes you wonder why HTC havnt gone 64 bit with their next flagship phone doesnt it? Allmost seems as though the snapdragon 800 is set to be the default cpu for high end phones next year, or the first half of the year at least. * +

The GS5 may come in two variants like the S4. One variant being the LTE one having the Qualcomm S800AB chip, this is an updated version of the current S800 which can run at 2.5GHz while the other S5 variant having a 64bit Exynos Octa CPU with 4 low power A53 cores and 4 high power A57 cores with the CCI bug fixed. * +

also the whole metal body on the S5 isn't true, they're allegedly sticking to plastic. Remember the will be amother range above the S which will be named F series, so maybe these rumours are referring to that range. * +
