As I said last week, the G Pro 2 is close by and today it went official. It comes with a 5.9inch HD1080P display, the 1st high power 1W speaker in a phone, 3GB RAM, 32GB Internal memory PLUS MicroSD expansion, Android4.4 KitKat out-the-box, 13MP Camera with OIS Plus (improved version of whats in G2), 4K UHD video recording, LTE-A, 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU, and a removable 3200mAh battery: http://is.gd/77HbZ3 * +

LG say it's a smartphone NOT a phablet due to its 77percent screen ratio. * +

What does 77 percent ratio mean? 77 percent ratio of what? It's at 5.9 inches right between the size of a phone and a tablet, so a phablet it is * +

The screen takes up 77percent of the phone's front thanks to thinner bezel, so the phone is much smaller than most phablets yet with a huge 5.9inch display, much like the Galaxy S4 has a 5inch display yet is smaller than the GS3, Htc One and Xperia Z1. It's fine if you say it's a phablet, just know the manufacturer doesn't consider it one, so we maybe in for larger (maybe 6.2inch?) phone that will be their phablet. There was once a time when a 5inch phone was a phablet, yet thanks to thinner bezels, thinner/wider batts, smaller chips etc...now phablets are 6inchs and above. * +

my 5.3 inch screen isn't phablet then! does the same as a 6inch phone yet that classed as phablet idea * +

LG is just being stupid! Screen size determines if it's phablet or not to me, they can't just decide that for me! Impressive phone though. * +

I'm just glad they fixed up the mess they made with the LG G2, the G Pro 2 has a MicroSD port, removable battery and 4K UHD video recording, so hopefully this won't flop in sales the way the G2 did. Only worry now is the CPU, it seems to be the same old 2.3GHz S800, while the Galaxy S5 and Xperia Sirius are coming with either the 2.5GHz S800AC or S805 in just two weeks time. * +
