and no doubt samsung could also carry on regardless of google. They would probably just plough more money into their own operating system. Remember samsung have their fingers in lots of pies, everything from smartphones to washing machines! They are very resourcefull which is why they are so successfull, they are in a far better position than most other companies, let alone rivals. * +

Google own it, but Samsung are running the show, the market says it all, 200million Galaxy Ss alone, each year multiple smash hits by the Galaxy S, Galaxy Note and Tab range, if Samsung were to switch tmrw, Android's share would dip like the US economy in 2008. Google have no choice but to be very nice to Samsung, hence their meeting at CES, where Google had to ask Samsung to promote more Play Store content, no other OEM gets that sort of respect, and there is no other OEM with Samsung's economies of scale. * +

Apologies, unfortunately leon doesn't understand the meaning of roll-out, nor how to quote correctly and jumps at opportunity to go at me, it's quite sad to watch and I can imagine annoying for fellow forum users, hopefully he eventually grows up. *
