You need to have root and have a second partition on your sdcard for it to work, but you probably already know that. * +

also enable USB debugging... and if you haven't got second partition then you could use MOVE2SD Enabler v0.9.7 beta to force apps to sdcard * +

yes some apps are not movable but the app should tell you which apps are movable. Although ive never had to route any android device in order to move movable apps to sd card. Ive done it successfuly on my note 3, note 8, tab 2, galaxy S3 and htc one x lol. I would suggest the pw tries different apps, there are loads on the play store dedicated to this. * +

ive never routed a device in my life so you will have to forgive me for not understanding why so many people are under the impression you have to route in order to do this, its simply not necessary. * +

to move those apps that don't want to cooperate, you need a root access capable app... I use folder mount myself (good) * +
