well i deleted those 2 thumbnai ata file .. after deletng... it didnt free up any storage ...its same 2.90 gb free

..have you forgot to reboot the phone ?.also,from time to time you could use some cleaner to delete cashe files,empty folders,some garbage,duplicate files.. * +

Some Android devices have a folder called 'Lost Dir' on internal storage - this contains loads of unnecessary thumbnails and so forth and takes up masses of space, this can be safely deleted. * +
