I got a task killer! What's it for as tee said the apps come back and Idown from example 140mb to 50 mb .think I should delete it. * +

If you want to keep apps closed then get Greenify. It's the best app for force closing apps and keeping them closed until You want to open them. If you're rooted then it fully automates closing apps, at any given time my GS4 has around 600mb-1GB RAM free, the lowest I've seen is around 300mb free and thats during extremely heavy usage. *
