Yes, Samsung and Nokia inked a deal where Nokia HERE Maps will be exclusively available for Samsung Androids. It's a smart deal as HERE Maps remains the only Maps App with full Offline voice guided Navigation, meaning you do not need a data connection or mobile network connection to get directions, the maps are completely saved in your phones storage. Google Maps allows storing a limited area of maps and doesn't do Offline Navigation, so this will be a major win for Samsung. * +

Plenty on playstore that supports offline full navigation, navfree, copilot to make a few, so no big deal really. * +

Those have in-app purchases where you have to pay for e.g. Map Downloads and other services, Nokia HERE Maps brings all that free and its Maps are done by Navtec who do Maps for many GPS devices, they cover a much larger amount of cities and countries than any of these smaller app makers.

Nokia Here Maps remain the most robust and complete package overall. *
