Hello people, I have an S5 G900T unfortunately, it restarts itself whenever I dial any number or whenever I get any call. Has anyone experienced this before? I am so sad and don't know what to do. I tried loading Kitkat OS and Lollipop but nothing works. Please kindly help. * +

first try clearing the cache and data from the phone apk then check your baseband and boatloader are up to date. you get a lot more FC's when your rom modem and bl don't match. check your imei is enact. * +

3mel, thanks a lot for always helping out. I have discovered that when I load Lollipop, the serial number changes. I don't know which one is original now. These phone is a cr*p.. * +

look at the label under the battery.
it's most likely a rom issue that Samsung in their wisdom choose to deny.
plenty of others out there reporting reboot issues... * +
