Why isn't Google supporting this? MS are planning to support Homebrew content on WP7, and are even in close talks with the first guys who cracked the OS * +

lol yep, what crail said. and to answer your Q, Google have allowed apps like ROM Manager (an app that allows flashing custom ROMs without touching a PC) on to the Market, not to mention the fact that you can side load 3rd party apps in to Androids (not possible in WP7) these are just little examples though, dont wana make you like an as you seem to be doing that perfectly yourself. :) * +

facepalm you keep saying Google allows this and that, when at the end of the day when handset makers are done with their device, they block you from installing ROMs. It won't be the same with MS, so stop this nonesense all the time. * +

facepalm I am speaking the truth! MS controls their OS, thus you will get consistency with every handset, you can't say the same with fragmented Android. * +
