orange staff infact he was the manager... are clueless, manager tryin to be big infront of his staff... shot the down, i asked about the atrix... hes like atrix??? im like yeh orange have the atrix exclusive... he didnt have a clue, mentioned CES and he just looked blank, the said oh u mean the playstation fone... yes we are getting that, i looked n shuck my head * +

so then asked about the black edition desire HD, oh we dont do that, i said yes u do, its on your site... plank, asked about upgrades, said i cant renew my 12mth 1, again i said well ive been told i can for 12mth same plan and free fone..... gave up at that point n walked out, he was a fairly old guy said he was the manager, product knowledge is shocking, ill just stick to ringing sales from now o * +

i would have to say that cpw r gd thay know there phones got my upgrade from there. i know bout orange there customer service not upto the standerds we want * +

cpw get trained on products and we get tested through exams * +

people from different parts of the UK would experience different levels of product knowledge n customer service. its quite nave to base a whole companys staff force on a couple of visits to your local store n maybe few phone calls... I mean my local CPW stores are pretty poor in their attitudes n store presentations but I don't label whole CPW as like that... * +
