recently I bought a Samsung galaxy 5 with eclairs on it. now I want to upgrade to froyo but official update is not available yet. is there any other way I can do it and also I installed Firefox on it but when I open it, it displays black screen and returns to home screen. so can you people me. * +

think you have to root your phone before you can upgrade to different rom, the easy way to do it is with UNIVERSAL ANDROOT google it. * +

I do not know rooting. you mean to say that after installing universal androot my phone will become rooted and then I have to get custom rom and install that. will then my phone acquire 2.2 features. * +

also my apps are installed in phone memory and it is getting lesser day by day as I keep adding apps. how can I install/move apps to my sdcard ? thank you. * +
