My friend wants to buy a new phone. His budget is Rs.20000 (i.e. 440 USD). Which is the best one? It should have atleast Froyo. Suggest the available or upcoming phone (should be available in one month) that will be available in India. * +

If he can stretch his budget a bit he can get a SE XPERIA Neo, it will be Rs.25000 ,it will be out next month, it has HDMI-out, 512mb RAM, 8.1mp camera with HD720p video @30fps, 3.7inch 854x480 (Full-WVGA) display, 8gb mem card, 1500mAh batt and Android2.3 Gingerbread out-the-box. If 25000 is too much then look for the Motorola Defy, its dust and water resistant... * +

Lg optimus 2x or the lg optimus 3d both have 1080p recording and good camras full 1080p using the hdmi cable dual core CPU but one is 3d * +
