just downloaded 2.8.0.3 version. is that the latest and does the phone need to be rooted to use the apps/games downloaded from there * +

if its not the latest it will automatically download the newer version. and no you dont need a rooted phone. only in the app options in your phone you must select that you can install apps. cant remember exactly how its called * +
