Neither, they have 240x320 res displays and will be stuck on Android2.1. I would highly advise you look at the Motorola Defy: http://is.gd/9zrfHh 3.7inch 854x480 res display, 800mhz TI OMAP3610 CPU with PowerVR SGX530 GPU, 1540mah battery, 5MP camera, will be getting Android2.2 Froyo soon, and it is both dust and waterproof, if im not mistaken this phone falls perfectly in your budget. * +
